🎬 Bionic BuzzÂź interviewed Aham E. Nwede, the writer, poet, storyteller and multidisciplinary creative artist behind The House of Meadnyte—an interconnected creative world that brings together poetry, music, spoken word, imagery, film and storytelling.

Rather than treating each creative form as a separate project, Meadnyte is designed as a “House” with different rooms. Audiences can enter through whatever speaks to them first—a poem, piece of music, image, story or question—and gradually discover more of the creative world.

Aham’s work explores memory, identity, longing, imagination, reflection and becoming. The concept behind the House recognizes that different ideas naturally call for different forms: some become words, some become sounds, some become images and others become stories.

One of the first major projects within the House is Fragments of a Listening Soul, an immersive poetry, visual and listening experience exploring memory, identity, longing and the inner life. The project expands written poems through imagery, voice and sound, allowing the work to be read, seen and heard.
