The Wilson Cocktails & Seafood at Meliá Orlando Celebration features a menu of coastal cuisine with global influences and seasonal craft cocktails, beer, and wine. The culinary team will showcase a selection of fresh crudo from the raw bar, creative and interesting appetizers, sandwiches, tacos, and main dishes featuring fresh fish, pastas, chicken, and steaks.

The Wilson’s 70-seat indoor dining room — with an additional 20 seats at the bar —welcomes travelers and locals to sit down, relax, enjoy a cocktail, and dive into some of the most delicious dishes in Orlando. The outside patio seats 70 as well, with an additional 16 seats at a whimsical open-air bar called Wilson’s Backyard, where brightly colored umbrellas seemingly float under Central Florida’s blue skies. The restaurant will also service the pool area, where guests can enjoy fresh food and beverages from any of the 120 poolside loungers.
