Bionic Buzz had the opportunity to cover AEW Dynamite live in Orlando at Addition Financial Arena last Wednesday, and it was an experience that perfectly captured why professional wrestling remains such a powerful passion for fans of all ages.

At Bionic Buzz, we’re all about people’s passions—and wrestling has been one of mine for most of my life. I first got into wrestling in the early 1990s, and one of my core childhood memories is my dad taking my brother and me to a WWF live event, where we saw our heroes Hulk Hogan and The Ultimate Warrior in person. From that moment on, I was hooked.

I lived through the Monday Night Wars, proudly identifying as a WCW fan and a full-on Jericho-holic. I followed Chris Jericho when he jumped to WWF, and years later found myself staying up incredibly late to watch him wrestle an unfamiliar name—Kenny Omega—live in New Japan Pro Wrestling. Little did I know that match was quietly planting the seeds for what would later become one of my favorite promotions: All Elite Wrestling.

Now, as a dad, wrestling has come full circle for me. My nine-year-old son has become just as passionate about wrestling as I was at his age, and taking him to his first professional wrestling event—AEW Dynamite in Orlando—was truly special. Watching wrestling through his eyes made the night even more meaningful.

There’s nothing quite like the live AEW experience: joining thousands of fans in chants, feeling the heat from the pyro, hearing the massive crowd reactions when a favorite wrestler hits the ring, and witnessing AEW’s signature high-flying, fast-paced wrestling style in person. While my attention was locked on the in-ring action, I made sure to keep checking in on my son’s reactions—there’s something magical about seeing someone experience it all for the very first time.

Another huge plus is accessibility. In today’s entertainment market, AEW ticket prices remain affordable, making it easier for families and fans to experience live wrestling without breaking the bank.

If you’re planning to attend an AEW show, be sure to arrive early. The bonus matches that take place before Dynamitegoes live are absolutely worth it. We were treated to a match featuring Steven Borden (pictured above), the son of wrestling legend Sting, as well as Bishop Dyer (pictured below), formerly known to WWE fans as Baron Corbin, now competing under his new ring name, “The Nomad.”

AEW Dynamite continues to deliver incredible in-ring action, electric crowd energy, and unforgettable moments—especially when shared with the next generation of wrestling fans.
