From the moment visitors arrive to the Old Town Entertainment District offering more than 60 shops, restaurants and bars, rides and weekly car shows, they are greeted by unique touches of greatness to let them know they are in a very special place. The giant 42-feet-high Neon Juke Box sign, part of Old Town’s multi-million-dollar renovation, welcomes guests as they drive through to Main Street. Immediately upon entering, they see Old Town’s signature Italian-made Ferris Wheel, featuring a total of 6,260 lights and 18 gondolas with six seats each, accommodating a total of 108 passengers. Weighing 54 tons, it took 15 days to install.
Further down on Main Street, visitors admire the historic Clock Tower, imported from the U.K. It’s another popular spot around Old Town for photos.
And of course, Old Town wouldn’t be Old Town without its Saturday Nite Classic Car Cruise that has been around for more than 32 years now, attracting hundreds of participants from all over the country every single week and with thousands of spectators. Old Town has many specialty car shows and car cruises, too, throughout the year for Muscle Cars, Exotic Cars and even one for Corvettes called Vette Fest.

An actual Classic Car Selfie Spot is located at the front of Old Town near the Ferris Wheel. The car, a 1957 Ford Thunderbird, belonged to Dave Dean, a famous Old Town Classic Car Cruiser who hasn’t missed a car cruise in one of his seven classic cars in the last 32 years.
