LEGOLAND Florida Resort has officially leveled up its thrill offerings with the debut of its new indoor launch coaster, Galacticoaster — and after covering media day for Bionic Buzz, I can confidently say this is exactly what the park needed.
First Impressions
From the moment you enter the queue, you’re immersed in a fully themed space experience. Before boarding, guests get to customize their own spaceship, which then appears on a large digital screen prior to launch — and again at the end of the ride. That interactive element adds a personal, gamified layer that families and younger guests will especially love.
The Ride Experience
This is a fast-paced indoor launch coaster that blasts you into space with dynamic spins and smooth transitions. The launch delivers solid acceleration while remaining family-friendly, and the spinning ride vehicles ensure that no two rides feel exactly the same.
The attention to detail throughout the attraction is impressive. There are so many layered visual elements that you’ll notice something new each time you ride.
