Bionic Buzz® got to cover Ruta Lee book signing & birthday celebration at the world famous Hollywood Museum. Her new memoir, “Consider Your Ass Kissed,” which reveals a treasure trove of Hollywood history, anecdotes and first-hand accounts during her lengthy career.

Ruta Lee is Hollywood. With over 2000 appearances in television shows ranging from Perry Mason to Power Rangers, Twilight Zone to Murder She Wrote, Hogan’s Heroes to Love Boat, and Roseanne. And with starring roles in the films “Seven Brides for Seven Brothers” and “Funny Face,” Ruta has done it all and worked with all the major stars of her era from Frank Sinatra to Clint Eastwood. Along with this, she has had friendships with many iconic ladies such as, Rona Barrett, Phyllis Diller, Julie Newmar, Lucille Ball, Sally Field, Gypsy Rose Lee and her best friend, Debbie Reynolds.

In addition to her on-screen career, Ruta headlined around the country in many musicals as Dolly, Annie, Molly, Peter Pan, Mame, Irene, Nelly, Irma, Rose, The Woman of the Year, and Madame in the Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, just to name a few.
