Bionic Buzz® got to cover Spooky Empire at the Hyatt Regency Orlando. This multigenre convention focused primarily on horror and science fiction and is billed as “the dark side of Comic-Con.” Features vendors, a film and tattoo festival, music, celebrity guests, escape rooms, animal encounters and more!
There we got to interview Terry Cullen who is the director of The Dragonwood Wildlife Conservancy.
It is a 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the Conservation of endangered species as well as Herpetological research and education. At Spooky Empire they were letting guest hold the crocs for photos in exchange for donation to the non-profit.
