Divided Heaven will be releasing a brand new single “Baby In the Band” on January 12th, 2021. The song steps away from the full band aspect found on their most recent single, “They Poisoned Our Fathers”, for a more stripped down approach. DIVIDED HEAVEN is the brainchild of singer, songwriter, troubadour and frontman Jeff Berman; a punk rock lifer delivering catchy, thought-provoking songs. Think Shout At The Devil meets Tapestry and you’ll find a unique space where the DIVIDED HEAVEN catalogue thrives and engages listeners, just as Berman has been doing—on stage and on record—for years. Jeff Berman writes songs that evoke images of heartache and longing, as well as forgiveness and reconciliation, with the focus on powerful and poetic lyrics. On the heels of the recent fiery political single, ‘They Poisoned Our Fathers’ (which features the incomparable Lydia Loveless), DIVIDED HEAVEN is back with a new emotionally vulnerable track, “Baby In The Band” which was produced by Tim Van Doorn in Antwerp, Belgium.

“The album marks a major progression from an artist who continues to explore new sounds and musical styles after so many years.” – Glide Magazine
“Hauntingly desperate, eerily peaceful, Divided Heaven’s latest iteration is every bit of calm as it is calamitous- a mile marker of artful peacekeeping, with Cold War procuring a lasting imprint of the polarity of a tense reality as its namesake supposes.” – OuchThatHertz
“Vocalist and songwriter Jeff Berman poured his heart and soul into the lyrics, truly bearing all and leaving nothing out. Berman’s songs resonate with listeners because of the heartfelt stories they tell in true punk rock fashion.” – Out From the Pine Box
