Bionic Buzz® got to interview Jim Starlin & Jaime Jameson about their new graphic novel DREADSTAR RETURNS which is available to order now from Ominous Press. Jim Starlin created the characters in Dreadstar Returns and is a legend in the comic book industry. He has created / co-created Marvel characters Thanos, Drax the Destroyer, Gamora and Shang-Chi. Jaime Jameson who inked Dreadstar Returns is multitalented. Not only is she a famous comic book artist but also an actress on American and a talented musician & singer.
We talked to Jim about interviewing him twice in one day at San Diego-Comic Con and his creation Shang-Chi: Master of Kung Fu now becoming a Marvel movie in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings. The background on the characters in Dreadstar and how some appeared in Marvel in the 80’s but he still owns the characters. How Doctor Doom brought him and Jaime Jameson brought them together.
