It’s the Year of Fear at SeaWorld Orlando as Howl-O-Scream returns for its fifth terrifying year. Guests can brave five world-class haunted houses, explore six bone-chilling scare zones, and indulge in frightfully delicious food and specialty drinks. The night also comes alive with four unique stage shows, each performed multiple times throughout the evening. For thrill-seekers, four of the park’s most popular attractions—Ice Breaker, Pipeline, Infinity Falls, and Mako—will be open to ride under the cover of darkness.

Each haunted house this year cranks the terror up another notch — and honestly, trying to pick a favorite is impossible.

NEW! Widow’s Nest
Step inside a Victorian orphanage run by a sinister Black Widow. Cobwebs cling to the walls, shadows stretch across every corner, and your imagination plays tricks as mannequins and actors blur together. The scares strike from every direction — and just when you think you know what’s coming, you don’t.

NEW! Rave Yard
The party never dies here. Pulse-pounding beats, neon lights, and a graveyard turned rave make this one trip you’ll never forget. Your heart will thump in time with the bass — but is it from the music or pure fear? Watch out: the undead ravers aren’t dancing alone, and they’re ready to drag you into their eternal night.

NEW! The Collector’s Curse
Enter the eerie mansion of The Collector, where priceless treasures and strange artifacts hide a darker truth. The walls whisper, objects loom larger than life, and every room tempts you closer. But beware — these cursed possessions don’t just want to be admired; they want to claim you.

Returning Favorite: Farm 51
When aliens crash a farmhouse, the result is a twisted mash-up of Area 51 and country chaos. Each room gets grosser, creepier, and more outrageous. Just when you think the extraterrestrial takeover can’t get worse… it does.

Returning Favorite: Water’s Edge Wellness Center
What was once a peaceful escape has turned into a nightmare of twisted therapy gone wrong. Serenity is out the window — in its place are chilling scenes of horror that will have you rushing for the exit, if you can find it.

Scare Zones: Fear Lurks Around Every Corner

The moment you step into Howl-O-Scream, you’re not safe — and that’s exactly how it should be.

NEW! Ashes of the Forgotten
Right at the entrance, the fog rolls in thick, and the first horrors emerge. Mangled figures slide across the pavement, throwing sparks into the night, while chainsaws roar and shrieks pierce the air. The scares come fast, close, and unrelenting — a perfect welcome to the Year of Fear.

NEW! Trailer Park Tragedy
Step into a run-down trailer park where chaos reigns. The scares here aren’t just in-your-face — they talk back, too. The cast of colorful creeps’ blends jump scares with wickedly funny banter, pulling guests into the twisted fun whether you’re screaming, laughing, or both.

NEW! Echoes in the Glass
A hall of mirrors turned nightmare; this scare zone will have you second-guessing your own reflection. Ghostly figures dart between the panes, while spectral doubles blur the line between illusion and reality. Just when you think you’ve spotted the trick, the real terror strikes from behind.

And the thrills don’t stop there — with six scare zones scattered across the park, every path between haunted houses and rides is alive with horror. Whether it’s fog-shrouded ambushes, eerie conversations that send chills down your spine, or sinister surprises lurking just off the path, there’s no such thing as a “safe zone” at Howl-O-Scream.

Monster Stomp: Slasher Alley

Set in the misty, sinister corners of Victorian-era London, the infamous Jack the Ripper prowls the streets—but this time, he takes the stage in a way you’ve never seen before. This production is a jaw-dropping mix of modern rock, electrifying percussion, powerhouse vocals, and incredible dance numbers. The energy feels straight out of Las Vegas, with a perfect balance of dark storytelling and show-stopping spectacle. It’s not just a show—it’s an experience that immerses you in a sinister world while keeping you on the edge of your seat with every beat and movement.

Hellzapoppin Presents: The Grave Danger Thrill Show
If you’re looking for something truly wild and unforgettable at Howl-O-Scream Orlando, Hellzapoppin Presents: The Grave Danger Thrill Show is an absolute must-see. This freak show–style performance pushes the limits of human possibility with jaw-dropping stunts that leave the audience on the edge of their seats.

From sword swallowing and glass walking to mind-bending illusions and more, every act keeps you breathless, wondering what could possibly come next. It’s an outrageous blend of the weird and the wonderful, delivering old-world sideshow vibes with a modern, electrifying twist.

Equal parts shocking and entertaining, The Grave Danger Thrill Show isn’t just a performance—it’s an experience that lingers long after the final stunt.

Rides: Thrills in the Dark

Of course, no SeaWorld event would be complete without the coasters. Ice Breaker, Pipeline, Infinity Falls, and Mako all stay open throughout the night, giving guests the chance to experience high-speed thrills under the cover of darkness. The combination of haunted attractions and late-night rides adds an extra layer of adrenaline to the event.

Of course, the scares at Howl-O-Scream Orlando aren’t the only amazing thing—the food deserves a spotlight too!

We absolutely loved the Fogbound Fang Bites (Battered Cajun Cauliflower Bites). They were crispy, spicy, and perfectly dipped in chipotle aioli—scarily snackable and impossible to put down. Another standout was the Spooky Teriyaki Chicken, featuring tender grilled chicken, stir-fried noodles, and a garlicky soy sauce that tied it all together with bold flavor.

To top it all off, we washed everything down with the Eerie Eyeball Mocktail—a fun mix of Fanta Orange, Minute Maid Lemonade, and black edible glitter. Not only did it taste great, but it looked incredible and fit the spooky vibe perfectly.

SeaWorld continues to prove that Howl-O-Scream isn’t just about the frights—it’s also about the flavors!
