Each is cultivated to guide the fan to identify the fandoms that have been a source of support, inspiration, motivation and coping. And to then reflect on and acknowledge the positive influences they have had on our self-evaluation and self-inquiry.

They host mental wellness and self-care workshops based on our research proven workbooks series, and host workshops and self care journaling through our unique researched model.
