Tubefilter & BBTV presented their Annual Vid-Con pre party last night. held at the K1 Speed in Anaheim. Tubefilter is the curator of online video. They do that in a number of ways. From industry news, to web series reviews to related events. They also put on the famous Streamy Awards. BBTV exists to enable and inspire a new age of storytelling. Versed in media and leaders in technology, they offer the ecosystem, solutions, and expertise for any need in online video.
The pre-party featured some high fast go karts inside along with a photo booth where you can get a picture in one. See my photo above. Upstairs was an VIP area that featured airbrush tattoos, karaoke, snacks, photo ops & open bar for those 21 and over. Of course the event featured some of biggest names in YouTube and Musical.ly.
Outside in the parking lot featured food trucks and live music. It was a big community feel to the event. As many singers took turns free styling on the microphone. DJs took turns on the turn tables. Even drummers like myself were encouraged to take over the electric drum kit. I must say it was weird playing the drums standing up. Check out photos below from the event. By @SteveSievers
